ylvain has started to work in aeronautics in 2006 for Eurocopter France in the customer support division. His mission was the follow-up and the resolution of customers issues concerning helicopters' Health, Usage and Monitoring Systems (HUMS), Helicopter Organisation and Monitoring Programme (HOMP) and Vibration Monitoring Systems (VMS) on all Eurocopter helicopters ranges (EC120, EC130, AS350, AS365, EC155, AS332, EC225), civilian and military. 

He has worked with various customers as oil and gas or military operators. He was in charge of the equipments' obsolecences and change requests management, the customers' technical support and training, the suppliers relationship management, the end users' service quality improvement and the supervision of the supply for helicopters' maintenance equipment. He has worked for Zodiac Aerospace on high criticaly equipment (DAL B) as program manager for the technical support of electrical distribution systems (EMB - Electrical Master Boxes) mounted on aircraft such as Dassault Falcon 2000, Rafale, Eurocopter AS350, AS332, EC225, Tiger, NH90, Embraer 170, 190 or Bombardier Learjet LJ45. His misision for this company was the management of obsolescence, corrections, non-compliances and change requests, the customers (aircraft manufacturers) relationship management, the configuration management and the technical and maintenance documents management.

He has founded DAquiTech in august 2011 to propose to aeronautical actors (such as manufacturer, operator) some services in organisation and customer relationship and in strategic decision-making support (organisation, project evaluation, ...). Moreover he wanted to propose services based on his experience in Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) with Eurocopter.
